Valeria Santana graduated from the University Federal of Minas Gerais in Psychology and Post-graduated from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais in Phenomenological-Existential Psychotherapy. She Specializes in Phenomenology, Systemic Therapy Family Constellations, Psychodrama, Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy, instructed by Brazilian and foreign institutions. Valeria trained and specialized in Regression Therapy and PLT with Dr. Hans TenDam from Tasso Instituut – Netherlands.

In September 2008 Valeria was Coordinator of the 3rd World Congress for Regression Therapists in Brazil.

With some 20 years of experience, she has worked in the clinical field as a Psychotherapist and as a Consultant in small and mid size businesses.
Valeria is Partner-Director of DESENVOLVER People & Organizations, which is responsible for two business segments: organizational and clinical.

Within the organizational segments, she works with Strategic Management Consulting, Management Skills, and also with the Development Area.
As Senior Consultant Development, she has 20 years experience on various projects, attracting and retaining talent and developing staff of collaborators at various levels of business management.
Valeria specializes in mid-size corporation and family counseling, but has experience in several business segments and at various locations in Brazil.

She is also a member of the team of Professionals and Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, 6th best business school in the world at ranking of executive education in the Times Financial.  She is publishing a book: “The Perspective of The Front - Management and Business Organizations”, which she is co-author and publicist.

In the clinical segment, she has been a therapist for 20 years at DESENVOLVER.
Valeria coordinates the social clinic, focused towards the care of low-income clients in partnership with other institutions in the city of Belo Horizonte, training other medical and health care professionals, offering the Basic Course of Regression to Past Experience and Workshops Regression Therapy.

Valeria is a 41 year old mom of two beautiful daughters.
